Holographic image of the Letet-class world Toknaidma
A Letet-class World, as defined within Concord terminology, is one which has a sustained atmosphere of between 80% and 100% humidity and more than 80% surface area covered by liquid or frozen water, which is capable of providing refuge and life to standard Concord races. Gravity must be within .5g of normal and the world must be capable of uplift or terraforming should the Concord determine such necessary.
